Why Chosen Soil Was Founded
Founded by Amos Wambu, Chosen Soil Limited was created in response to a clear and persistent problem in the Kenyan real estate market — the prevalence of fraud, unclear documentation, lack of transparency and the resulting uncertainty that prevented ordinary Kenyans from confidently owning land.
The company was built on a simple but powerful conviction: that every Kenyan deserves access to genuine, verifiable land ownership — and that the process of acquiring it should be transparent, guided and professionally supported from start to finish.
